There are a number of online tools and websites to help you budget, manage your guest lists, manage your gift list and you can even create your own website. These tools will undoubtedly help you but will they save you time and money? We will help you to find the perfect venue for your Ceremony & Reception
We can draw up a shortlist to your requirements, collate the brochures & price lists, gather together sample menus, book in the venue visits and book menu tastings.
We will help you with your Budget Planning
We will manage your budget against all your requirements and advise you on where you may need to focus your spending. Weddings can be incredibly expensive and it we will always be able to negotiate on costs for you, using our contacts and total independence.
We will create a Timeline and To Do List
Like any event, you need to work to a timeline so that suppliers can deliver on time, dresses can be made, fitting times met and so on. Every aspect of your Wedding will be listed on the timeline and we will manage it for you – keeping you and your Wedding on schedule until your Wedding Day. We will create and manage your To Do List, which will go hand in hand with the timeline.
We will book your venues – for both Ceremony & Reception
Once you have decided on your Ceremony & Reception Venues we will negotiate the cost for you and book your venues.
We will help you to plan the overall Theme of your Wedding
We will work with you to realise your dream theme for your Wedding Day. We can advise as to current trends and ideas or research how we can create your own ideas. No two Weddings are the same and we want to make sure that you take all the ideas you have any make them become reality on your Wedding Day.
We will research & co-ordinate all suppliers – caterers, wedding stationers, photographer, florist, music & entertainment, transport, marquee hire, the list goes on…you may be looking for up to 10-15 different suppliers for your Wedding Day.
We will research and collate a list of suitable suppliers, who meet your requirements and your budget and ones that we feel confident will deliver what you want in the run up to and on your Wedding Day. We will negotiate with them on your behalf, so you don’t need to have difficult conversations about costs and we can convey your needs and ideas for you. Researching and negotiating with suppliers can be so time consuming and if you do this yourself you will be starting cold. We have done this before and have a list of people we trust and have used before who we will call on first.
We will research Bridal Gown boutique’s and Designers, plus manage the Brides & Bridesmaids’ Dress fittings, and Wedding Party fittings
If you want us to help with supplying a list of Wedding Dress shops, Bridal Party outfitters and even seamstresses we are happy to help with this too. We can also schedule your dress fittings and those of your Wedding Party.
We will assist with planning and managing your Wedding Gift List
We will research reliable Wedding Gift List companies who meet your requirements. We will deal with any queries your guests may have and any supplier issues before and after your Wedding Day. We will manage the delivery of your Gifts whilst you are away on Honeymoon, so you can enjoy unwrapping your special gifts on your return.
We will manage your Guest List and be a single point of contact for RSVP’s
Your Wedding Guest List will be one of the biggest and most time consuming aspects of planning your Wedding. We will help you manage your Guest List , manage the printing of all stationary for your invitations, manage the mailing of your invitations and manage the RSVP’s and any queries your guests may have.
We will manage your Wedding Breakfast seating plans, menu’s, favours, gifts for key members of the Bridal Party and so on…
One of the biggest tasks when managing a Wedding is the Wedding Breakfast / Reception seating plan. We will help and guide you through the process and manage any additional requirements you or your guests may have with the venue. There are lots of things to consider when managing a seating plan including who sits on the top table, who can sit with who and who can’t, dietary requirements, young and old members who may have special requirements. We will make sure all your concerns are addressed and on the day we will make sure that the venue has laid out the room correctly.
We will be the single point of contact for ALL your Wedding suppliers
We will manage all your suppliers so you don’t have to! If they have a query or problem, they will come to us. We will manage their delivery and pick up schedules, speak to the venues to arrange access and deal with all the behind the scenes and unglamorous aspects of the day! We will most importantly confirm all final requirements with suppliers in the week running up to your Wedding Day.
We will create a Wedding Day Schedule
Having a schedule for your Wedding Day will give everyone involved piece of mind. So everyone involved in your big day from the Vicar, Mother of the Bride, your Bridesmaids, Hairdresser, the Venue, Photographer, Caterer, Wedding Car company, Father of the Bride to your Fiancé know what is happening and when!

On the day of your Wedding – Sit back and enjoy the day!
We will be at the venue bright and early to check that all deliveries have been made, the tables are being dressed, put out your name plates and table plan, decorate the room as require and be a point of contact for on the day suppliers – florist, caterer, music & entertainment and so on. We will offer you piece of mind so that whilst your special day is starting you can rest assured that the finer details are being checked and throughout the day we will be there to manage any issues should they arise so that you and your Wedding Party and Guests can enjoy and share the most important day of your life without having to worry about what is going on behind the scenes.
